I came in with a bad low back disc injury with nerve compression which left me in excruciating pain and signed off work. I have now just completed a full course of IDD therapy with John - who was a huge help throughout, providing advice and tailored rehab exercises with the therapy - and am extremely happy with the results!
From being on multiple painkillers and unable to sit on a chair even for 5 seconds, I am now fully back to work, and back in the gym doing moderate strength training again.
If you have a similar injury and nothing else has worked, I’d highly recommend booking an IDD assessment with move freely to see if this could also help you.

Ok Daniel John and Zara are lovely and that helps .What you really want to know is -Can they reduce your pain ?Let you sleep again ?Get off those painkillers you have been on for months ?The answer is yes for me - into my second week of IDD I can say yes yes yes . I have hope that I can after months return to what is normal for me . I have got up these past few mornings and made coffee without having to open the medicine cabinet - small thing but huge for me after months of pain. They have helped me where I thought there was no help for my back pain so for me it’s five stars and a recommendation . And a big thank you .

I had 6 sessions with Zara to get help for inflammation occurred on my back this summer. After her guidance and advices, I could certainly feel I functioning competently better. The sessions had given me chance to deeply understand how my body works. The workout videos via their website were useful as well! Highly recommended :)

Injured left shoulder rotator cuff when slammed into a wall few weeks before tennis tournament could not run or throw the ball without 7/10 pain, sports fan Zara fixed up a recovery plan with rubber bands and gym to rehab the injury and get us back playing tennis just in time to help the DL Newhaven tennis team get promoted in the East of Scotland doubles league 8) now back to the singles league try to win and also do my kung fu test next week or would have had to wait another 6 months, couple of years previously visited Move Freely with almost chronic golfer elbow had to stop playing tennis for months and dropped down to DL Box tennis league 4 Callum helped get me back playing with rubber bands and light laser therapy, managed to resume playing and after a few months finished 2nd in DL box league 1, now Zara has got us now Moving Freely again the mission continues to win League 1 - started in League 7 years ago! Thanks MF have an extra star * 8)

Dan is an excellent physio who has helped me to get back to running after a long spell injured with a foot injury. He has a refreshing approach which is less focused on diagnosis and more focused on identifying areas of bio mechanical weakness and working on them in a targeted fashion. He is thorough but also pragmatic and realistic in the exercises that he sets. I bought a set of 6 sessions and was happy with the price. Thoroughly recommended!
