If your current back pain treatment is not working then you should take action and call us about IDD therapy. If you are seeking non-invasive treatment, IDD Therapy is safe and gentle. We use it as part of a programme of care including rehabilitation, to decompress and mobilise targeted spinal segments.
If you would like to come to the clinic with your physio or doctor, they are very welcome. We can even refer you back to the clinic which sent you on completion of your IDD Therapy.
Here at Move Freely incorporating Edinburgh Back Pain Clinic, we are part of a global and UK network of clinics providing including neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors.
All are highly experienced practitioners who know that for some patients, manual therapy and exercise alone is not enough to address the causes of the disc compression and stiffness in the spine. If it was, there would be no pain clinics or consultants.
You can see the network entering the postcode here, adjust the radius search to see all of the UK clinics. www.iddtherapy.co.uk/clinic-finder
IDD Therapy is now covered by Aviva insurance because of the impact it has had on saving people from having to go down an invasive treatment route. It is not yet available on the NHS but that is expected to change because of the cost benefits of this non-invasive programme.
