No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. We welcome all patients to come directly to us, whether or not you have been referred by your healthcare provider.
Initial assessments are typically 45 minutes, allowing us enough time to get to know you and evaluate your condition thoroughly. Follow-up sessions are generally 30-45 minutes, depending on your treatment needs.
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, joint pain, and mobility issues. If you are unsure whether we can help, please get in touch with us for a quick discussion about your condition.
The number of sessions varies for each patient and depends on the nature and severity of your condition and your individual goals. During your initial assessment, we will provide a realistic estimate of the number of sessions you may need.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows access to the area we will be treating. For example, wearing shorts is ideal if we’re treating a knee injury.

We charge £75 for individual appointments, but we have options to reduce the price depending on how many treatments you need. A pack of 6 sessions is £390 (£65 per session), and a pack of 10 sessions is £600 (£60 per session). We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as we want to ensure our therapists’ time is available to those who need it.
