We will help you move without pain, feel like yourself and look better with our 1 to 1 personal training session. Our aim is to help you achieve your personal goals, may it be for rehabilitation from back pain, staying healthy and pain-free as you age or improving your sports performance.

The sessions are 100% private you will have access to our central Edinburgh studio and be guided through a bespoke 45-minute training session that won’t leave you injured, frustrated and not progressing. Every session will be designed by your physiotherapist or personal trainer so you can be sure that you are doing everything correctly.
