At Move Freely sports therapy + Performance we are highly skilled to offer cutting edge fitness to help you achieve your personal goals. By training at Move Freely you also get the added benefit of being trained by a Sports Therapist to ensure that best practice is always used to enhance your fitness and performance in a safe, injury and pain free manor.
An individual approach is emphasized with every client that comes through the door of our clinic and training centre. This includes a thorough biomechanical assessment to determine your movement and strength ability and to identify any increased risks of injury that you might have.
You also get access to our sports therapy department to help you enhance your performance or return from an injury.
PERSONAL TRAINING DETAILS
Personal training clients start off with the biomechanical assessment and evaluation of their individual fitness and performance goals. This session is always done 1-to-1 to ensure that your plan is specific to you. This allows us to create the perfect customized programme based on your goals, needs, and current ability.
Our personal training programmes are based on sports performance programmes, rehabilitation and strength training exercises but customized for any age or ability level. We focus on combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program. We also offer specialized options for general fitness, weight-loss, sports performance, strength training and more depending on your specific goals.
You can schedule your training sessions at times convenient to you. We have several options available throughout the day. Each time you come in you will have a completely private 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 session with your trainer/therapist. This makes our environment 100% private and very dynamic and fun way to train. The best possible attention to your needs will be given at all time. We’ll advance your programme about every 4 weeks depending on how well you are doing.
